Email palacebymirjam@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged order. If it is a print, I will send you another one free of charge. If it is an original painting then we will work out another solution.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the prices listed on my website. It may be a good idea to look into the rules of your country if you are uncertain about this.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as other payment methods available through Stripe at checkout.
